Long Weekend over

So the long weekend has ended and here's the low down from here.

Saturday the girls went to Grandma's while BB and I went to the funeral - very sad for me - can't imagine how the family is doing. Not much else accomplished that day then E-Dawg went to the movie with auntie and her twin. They quite enjoyed "Hairspray" maybe in about 5 years I'll sit through another movie! I took BB in his snugli and Reezer in the stroller and went to the new park - BB fell asleep and R loved the park so it was a good time.

Sunday we went to DH's mom's for supper and cake again to celebrate the 90th b-day of Great Grandma. I also managed to get all the invoices and overdue notices ready for mailing - very happy about that.

Today the kids and I were to the land of Avoca to have "the last supper" with Uncle before he makes his trip south. I did well - didn't cry until I was in the van- I'm such a suck! Hopefully his drive goes well he should be in Winterpeg tomorrow to see Grandma and Grandpa - but he'll never be #1! HA HA
