Older now

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes! I am indeed a year older not sure about wiser though.

Not much going on here since Christmas. Reezer is sick and miserable - very miserable. Yesterday she seemed to be in a better mood but woke up cranky again.

We are planning on doing the family night at the hockey game tonight. Yah I don't have to cook! Not that I mind cooking so much as I mind figuring out what to make that everyone will eat.

Tomorrow night we will be having some friends in for New Year's kids and all. We've done it the last two years and its great. The kids have a good time and the adults get to visit. I'm sure this year the festivities will include some Wii. DH got two new games for Christmas, both are shoot to kill games so not for the children at all but he is enjoying them.

So today's activities include laundry and appetizer prep - off to have some breakfast.
