Look at me posting two days in a row! Things are looking up.
Last night DH and I were at a meeting at the school regarding a change in the school day for the upcoming school year. The plan is for the students to go to school from 9 -3:15 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and then on Wednesday the students would be dismissed at 2. This would allow the teachers an hour and 15 minutes a week to work on the Professional Learning Community. The plan as explained last night is worthwhile and only benefits our kids as their teachers will be better able to work together and target specific areas for growth. I hope it goes through.
So we didn't have a good night sleeping- but surprisingly I feel pretty good. Got the basement vacuumed and dusted and have two loads of laundry done. Only four more loads and a bathroom to go. BB is currently asleep so am planning on getting that bathroom done right away. We are all having a pj day so hopefully no one decides to drop in.
Made arrangements to travel to Leader with a friend from Ktown so that will make the trip more enjoyable for both E and myself. Thanks Auntie Velvis for putting a bug in my ear!
Tonight is dress rehearsal and parent viewing at E's dance. I am planning on going so hopefully BB is good for his dad!
Tomorrow to the farm and now to the bathroom cleaning!
