Darn I missed Jon and Kate tonight - how sad is it that I really am kinda disappointed?

So I don't seem to be very good at updating my blog lately - sorry since BB started walking things are kinda crazy around here it seems. Plus after his fever episodes he is a huge mommy suck and I am falling way behind in everything it seems.

So Thursday E had a crazy day. School then straight to a ball clinic that lasted until 7 then ball practice from 7-8. She was definitely ready for some shut eye at the end of that day. I took both little ones with me to ball practice as DH was tired from work. Not a good plan and I won't do it again. Reezer peed through her pull up and we had to exit early, to which she told me I am ruining her life and I never let her have any fun. I thought it was a little strange for her to come up with until we watched Barbie and the Magic of Pegasus today - its a direct quote!

Friday I had clothing club and we went to the dinner theatre as a group. The meal was great and the play was awesome. We hit the bar after for drinks and appetizers but I was home by 11 anticipating BB waking up screaming and he didn't disappoint. Just had time to get my pjs on and brush me teeth and he was up and upset. Darn teeth!

Saturday I took the kids to the farm for the day. It was awesome. BB stayed in the house with Grandma and the girls and I went to check cows and feed some orphans with Grandpa. We saw a cow calfing and dad and I helped pull the calf out - too cool! Reezer is still saying " its alive!!" Not sure what would be happening if it had been dead??? Then we came back in time for E to go on a date with her dad to the dinner theatre with the rest of the family. Our nephew T was in the play. I kept the other nephew so no sitter was needed. He and Reezer play quite well so it was an easy job. And I got to listen to my bro win in overtime - pretty exciting to listen to - made me cry which although not surprising is a bit odd!

Sunday we spent the day at DH's moms. My wonderful sister in law and niece made brunch which was very yummy. Then the family went over to the health center to say the rosary with Grandma but I stayed behind with the kids. Just wasn't up to trying to contain them.

Today I took E to her dance exam in Kindersley. She was taking her Junior 2 Tap Adapt exam. She has taken two jazz exams so far. It is a great opportunity for her as they are tested by Mr. Foley from Toronto and learn a lot from the both the classes through the year and the exam itself.

Tomorrow we are going out for coffee in the morning at a friends new house on the farm and then expecting to see Kenny and baby in the afternoon. Wednesday Reezer is invited to her new friends birthday party so we will be on the road again. Thursday E goes to Phantom in Stoon with her class and then it will be Friday again. Even though the trailer will just be on the driveway for the long weekend I may just sleep in it with the kids! Gotta make use of it right???
