Getting into the groove

Hoping that I am going to finally get back to the blog on a more frequent basis. Sorry for being such a slacker!

So we had the garage sale - not as successful as I would have liked but did get rid of some stuff and the rest will go to the town that is bigger than New york tomorrow to be donated. DH is going to be moving his sister home and there is a place there that takes donations and sells them for the benefit of local community groups sounds good to me!

It took me 4 days but I finally got through the lake laundry. Linens and towels are back in the trailer for the winter but not quite put away properly. Still have to clean the trailer and defrost the fridges.

The trip to the city of champions was as good as it could be while taking the small children along. Was thrilled to meet baby and see how well his mom is doing. Did get some shopping done and home in time for the dance shoe sale.

Reezer is going to start dance this year and is very excited. She will also be going to playschool twice a week in the afternoons. Out little girl is growing up!

E is also going back to dance - tap, jazz, ballet and musical theater but not trio this year. She will also play hockey and volleyball so things will bet busy again.

I am going to be teaching grade 9 English and Grade 11 Information Processing this year. I will be working only mornings and Wednesday afternoons I will go in for the Professional Learning Community meetings. I am feeling a bit apprehensive about the courses but have lots of support from good people who have taught it before.

This weekend will be a lot of prepping my classroom, which I didn't know I had thought I was going to be a wandering teacher, teaching in different rooms so now I have bulletin boards to do that I didn't think I would but that's okay cause I like that. DH is going to be gone most of Saturday so I am going to attempt to go into the school with the kids - wish me luck!!!
