Well that's done

We were to Lloyd today - got E's equipment needed for the season, despite some grand attempts we were unable to obtain any used and she needed a lot - shoulder pads, pants, neck guard, gloves, shin pads and a new bag as the holes in the bottom of the old were starting to let stuff through them.  So needless to say we were instrumental in boosting the Lloyd economy today. DH also bought new skates, he thinks the first pair of brand new skates that he has ever had. And Reezer needed skates, which she got, and didn't need new gloves the same as her sister with the pink trim but she got them anyway.  Also have BB outfitted but he is in complete hand me downs.  He looked pretty cute walking around the basement tonight with his "tates" on.  The will be excited to hit the ice, as Reezer keeps telling everyone she is taking "public skating" this year.  I just wasn't ready to commit to another scheduled activity for her. We are going to make a better attempt at getting out on the ice during the scheduled parent and tot skates as well as the public skating time.

Was really looking forward to a supper out but couldn't drag the errands out long enough so were home for leftover pizza I made last night.  Still good but not someone else's cooking - well I guess for the rest of the family it was now wasn't it?

Looking forward to turkey tomorrow and mom and dad coming for overnight.  Have a great Thanksgiving - let's be grateful for above all else our health and our time together cause as we've been reminded of lately neither is a guarantee. Love ya!
