Weekend update

Not too much to report.

BB, Reezer and I got trimmed up on Saturday.  Well really I got a lot cut off.  I really want to be able to grow my hair out to donate to Pantene but need to get rid of the processed stuff first.  So my hairdresser and I decided I should cut a bunch off to get the the natural without too much zebra effect.  It is incredibly curly when it is this short apparently.  Reezer does not like it at all and BB has trouble finding enough to lull himself to sleep with. Never thought about that when I said cut it.  I'm such a bad mom - never think it through enough.

The rest of Saturday was clean, clean, clean and laundry, laundry, laundry.  I'm sure I've said it before but I will say it again I am extremely grateful for my new laundry set.  The large mounds of laundry took 1/4 of the time that it would have taken before - and my folding team is top rate! Gotta love child labour.

I declared the kitchen closed for supper so we went out. Problem with that was that the restaurant was very slow, almost an hour to get our food, causing DH to be oh so unhappy with the small children by the time we were done. Next time I'll remember why we order in - I just want to avoid having to do any of the clean up or the cooking.

Today was a game for E.  The tied 2-2 but outshot the other team 56-11! That goalie was crazy good and our goalie didn't get much help from her D. Then E had to hustle to ballet exam practice, she missed the first half of it b/c of her game.  She takes that exam soon so will miss a game to attend an extra practice within the next two weeks.

This week is booth week and it isn't as bad as it could have been. I work Tues from 3:30-9:30, Friday from 7:30 - 11:30 and Saturday from 8:30-3:30 and then will have to hire out from 11:30 - 1:30 on Sat as we need to supply two people.  It has been worse other years so can't complain.

E plays at home on Sat at 3:45 against Viking - a team we may meet in Zone playdowns so it will be interesting.
