Weekend update

Here's the run down

DH left for fishing Thursday morning.  Nothing much going on around here Thursday.  E had dance.

Friday - Ken and Hudson stopped in on their way home.  Great to see them. E caught a ride to Auntie Sheila's and went to the Ktown Provincial game with Mads and the crew.  Grandma and Grandpa picked her up after dinner theatre and took her to the farm.

In the span of less than an hour while at home with me BB ran into a dresser bruising his cheek, Reezer went behind the couch and cut three inches off both sides of her hair and BB swung a strap with a metal clip on it into Reezer's eyelid.  Needless to say they went to bed and I enjoyed some quiet getting my floor scrubbed for the week.

Sat.  I finished up a few things and then BB, Reezer and I were on the way to the farm.  Left them at the farm and took E to dance competition in Ksley.  She did well Platinum and first place in her Musical theatre, gold in Jazz and silver in ballet and tap.

Sunday we helped ( and I use the term very loosely) Grandpa with some chores.  Had some lunch and then headed home so Reezer could get her hair cut by someone other than her!

DH arrived home from his fishing trip with NO FISH!  Seriously is it not a tad suspicious that he spent three days at Tobin and caught nothing??  Just kidding it's not like I didn't know the real reason for the trip!

Today had Reezer at a different dentist and he still feels the going under route is the way to go so off to Red Deer we go.  Not til May though.  E and I also had cleanings and clear check ups!  Now we are going to see a dentist in the border city about a new type of braces for E - she is very self conscious of the space between her front teeth.  We'll see what comes out of it.  She would basically have a clear fitted mouth guard that she would have to wear 24 hours a day except for eating.  The dentist said it is quite successful as long as you wear it.

Tomorrow is my day surgery and then Wednesday we are off to the Doodlebops!  I think I would rather have seen Tim McGraw in Stoon last night!

hmmm, I have a little sister who cut her own hair, too.

At least 3" off your little ones' LONG hair is likely not noticeable like someone's pixy bangs just before preschool photos.teeeheee
Beware: she did it twice. It might happen again!

... you're a mom of a TEENAGER, wild.

Happy belated Birthday E!!
