The weekend is here - first one all summer that felt like a weekend - had to work Thursday/Friday you know!
We took the trailer to Lloyd for it's repairs yesterday. The kids and DH will have to go and get it on Monday while E and I are at school. Picked up a few things and returned a few things while we were there. E and her friend went to a movie they have been dying to see.
Today is housecleaning and final prep at school. Although I have not heard back from my principal as to whether or not I am going to be teaching the Grade 6 health so guess I'll find out tomorrow?
I think everyone is on the mend around here and sleeping through the night has been much better. Reezer has an appointment on Tuesday after her first day to check her ears.
E starts volleyball tryouts tomorrow. Obviously she is hoping to make the "A" team but with 30 girls trying out it will be tough competition. I may have a disappointed girl on my hands.
She talked about quitting hockey this year but I think she has been persuaded by her friends not to. I am not sure how I feel about it. It would have been nice not to have every weekend tied up but I do enjoy the social aspect of the game, just wonder how I can get out of being the manager again? I suppose just saying no would be a good plan???
Off to tackle the laundry, I used the timer option on my washer last night so a load would be done this morning - pretty cool.
