So tonight as I'm doing the dishes and DH is sweeping the floor he happens to mention that his buddy at work is trying to get in shape and is bringing healthy food to work. This leads to a conversation about a company is Provost whose employees are having a weight loss competition and from there an idea was born.
DH and I are going head to head, whoever loses the greatest percentage of weight from next Tuesday until Tuesday April 29 gets $1000 to do with as they please. I want to donate it to the swimming pool project which burns DH's butt so he will be working hard to make sure I don't win it. I don't think he has decided what he's going to do if he wins, but no worries I am sure I will win!
So here's my thinking from now until Tuesday of the first weigh in I'm going to enjoy eating and just relax the exercise so I have a better starting weight to lose from! Probably a pathetic idea but at least I'll get to enjoy eating out in the city.
So now everyone's going to help me win right? I need support, encouragment and probably the odd kick in the ass but I think this competition thing will help - I hate to lose - especially to DH!!!
Okay off to have a cookie! HEHE

Drink a lot of water before your first weigh-in....also should make sure its your time of the month....NOT your final weigh in, though...that could hurt you!! Good luck!!!!
