Morning

Hi - so I didn't get on the treadmill yesterday -oops. I tried to do some yoga out of a book - not that successfully. I am going to check into whether another class is starting here soon since I hear yoga is really good for you and I think Grandma Darlene would watch the kids for an hour once a week so I could go. Put that on today's to do list. I did just get off the treadmill for today so now I'm 6 for 7 that's not too bad. Also want to check out the fitness portion of the Wii sports today there is supposed to be a section on keeping you in shape that might be a good thing.

Dance today for E for sure and I am hoping the evening goes well enough for me to go to my class to - keep your fingers crossed for me.

Tomorrow is DH's first day off and we have to take the dry cleaning truck to Unity for repair and the kids to Provost for the doctor and then E to Provost in the evening for hockey. Not sounding like a relaxing day off for him at all but such is life.

Saturday we are off to Saskatoon for some family time - watersliding, shopping and no cooking for mom! Back Monday sometime - we're being bad and taking E out of school but I've come to the conclusion that sometimes time off with family is important too. Besides I should be able to help her catch up!

Okay shower time - I hope!
