The end of ball season

E is done ball for another year but at least they went out with two wins. We were off to Provost early this morning for their ball days. E played great, made some awesome stops and throws from short in the first game and got a couple of hits. Then she pitched in the second game and struck out 6 batters in two innings with not many walks, definite improvement. We are going to have to try and keep pitching throughout the summer to keep up with it. Auntie Wendy took us in her car as I am having trouble trusting the dry cleaning truck, it's making a noise of indeterminate origin. So both Auntie Wendy and I are turning a lovely shade of pink, soon to be followed by pain and itching I am sure, it was hot out there today.

Did get the grass cut and my banking done yesterday. Took the kids downtown in the wagon and boy is there a difference when Reezer is out and opposed to in the wagon, much much easier pulling when she is walking.

Did you remember that Reezer is 3 today? Can not believe how fast that time has gone. She had a good day I think although no party until later, since Dad is fishing and all. Will aim for a July 1st party when her American cousins are around.

Okay hoping to get some clothing club prep work done tonight, tomorrow install playground and help Grandma Darlene celebrate her birthday.

P.S. Happy Birthday Uncle Gerry and David!
