Gone for so long...

Hi all, I've been away from the computer for awhile. So long I can't remember what I last posted so I may repeat myself - sorry.

The kids and I had a great time at the lake. Thanks to Auntie's G-Lo and Glenza for their help. E as always was helpful, although a little less happy about having to help when she would rather have been playing with her friend the Cherry Girl. The weather was alright though never hot hot. Reezer and E did get in the water quite a few times with wetsuits on, Reezer did not last as long as E that is for sure. BB ate his share of dirt but was generally happy and easy to manage. Our trip home was good until about 40 minutes from home when BB seems to hit a wall and wants to just be done with the car seat, can't say that I blame him.

We arrived home Saturday and spent that evening and Sunday preparing to get to the farm. I needed to get month end done before we left again. We finally were loaded up and on our way around 3. We were so happy to get to Grandma and Grandpa's and meet our newest cousin and see the rest of his family.

We have been hanging out at the farm since. E is doing her lessons and we have been swimming in the pool and the dugout. We were home to have Reezer's belated birthday party on July 1st. What a lucky girl to have almost all of her family at her party, just missing cousin Kim and Jordan. Reezer and I made a trip home on Thursday to pick up DH and now we are all here until Monday.

We brought the boat down and took it for a spin on the dam. It was a little tricky getting it in the water and there are a fair bit of weeds on the one end of the dam so I think that we won't try again.

We are hoping to get a family picture taken when Scott and Melissa get back from the wedding. We haven't all been home at the same time since July 2006 so it's over due to update the photo with two new additions since then.
