Catching up!

There are a few people who have been missing my witty commentary on the life of the Whinny coughs (okay it was really just my mom) so I thought I should get back at it.  That and I really have school work to do and I'm avoiding it!

So here's the quick version...

June - I finished coaching BB's soccer and Reezer's ball. Reezer finished K with an awesome report, E had an 86% average and I found out that I to go back to my 80% contract (yeah) but am still doing spec ed (not so yeah but what are you going to do?)

The day school let out we were packed up and on our way to Watrous for E's provincial ball.  We took a route which no one should ever travel - terrible road - and were very glad to finally arrive!  The girls got blown out of the water their first game but came back the next day and won both their games putting them in the playoffs. They played Watrous, the team they played first in the semi final.  They were tied after the four innings that E pitched but she can only pitch four and they ended up losing the game.  Nonetheless they played well and can be proud.  Watrous ended up winning the final in a blowout.

July - Once home from Watrous we headed to Brightsand to spend time with the Altman's.  The weather was good, the kids were in the lake and on the boat having fun.  We managed to get into Lloyd on a rainy day to see Cars 2 so BB was happy.

Then we were home for swimming lessons in our new pool!  The swimming pool committee here can be proud our new facility is amazing!
